Email Policy

eMaximation® is an email service and software provider, which enables organizations and corporations to send permission-based email communications to their opted-in subscribers using our solutions.

eMaximation believes in and practices permission-based email marketing. Knowing that permission is the only way to gain subscriber’s trust and generate high response, we prohibit the use of our software solutions for Spamming. eMaximation may, at its discretion, refuse to send any email campaign that meets the commonly accepted definitions of Spam, or fails to meet the standards set forth by United States federal law, laws of other countries and policies set forth by Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

Specifically, users of eMaximation solutions agree to the following:

1. All recipients of your message have given explicit consent by opting in to receive email from you or recipients have a pre-existing business relationship with your organization in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

2. Lists of recipients used will not be rented or acquired from public Internet forums or any other source, either by you or a third party.

3. In addition to unsolicited messages, eMaximation solutions will not be used to send any type of illegal material.

4. All messages will clearly provide a means for the recipient to remove his or her address from your list.

Our software solutions include necessary technology features to help clients ensure they are compliant with laws and regulations. Subscription management, one-click immediate unsubscribe, confirmed opt-out, and double opt-out are all available.

Our customers are required to certify their compliance with our Policy Against Unsolicited Commercial Email. In addition, our solutions store database lists on behalf of our hosted customers. Customer lists are never shared with other customers. Customer lists are considered an asset of the customer.
